  • Telephone Information Services

    These services can provide quick, cheap and confidential access to information, counselling, support, advice and referral. People requiring help to communicate by phone can call TIS 13 14 50 and speak through a translator or call TTY 13 36 77 for assistance with speaking or hearing. When using the Alcohol and Drug Information Service, the Parent Drug Information Service or Quit the cost of the translation will be covered by the service.
