Chesterfield House provides short term, up to 3 months, supported accommodation to homeless young people aged 15-19 years. We are able to accommodate 6 young people, 3 males and 3 females, in a home environment.
The Chesterfield House approach works from key principles of empowerment, self-determination, confidentiality, collaboration and valuing young people. We work with you to identify your goals and needs, then work together in achieving positive outcomes. Our program assists and supports you by providing a safe and secure environment and opportunities to address issues.
