Description

Drug ARM WA Rosella house program is a 13 week therapeutic residential rehabilitation program which promotes a positive response to issues associated with the misuse of alcohol and other drugs. Rosella House is a 12 bed heritage listed home, located in Geraldton. It has a team of dedicated and trained staff.

Services Offered

Some of the programs we offer include;

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relapse prevention, Art Therapy, music therapy, relaxation techniques, nutritional management, Self help meeting, water therapy including hydrotherapy, construction skills, computer skills, internet skills, Horticulture and Permaculture, Community library for borrowing, research and access to the internet, gym work, work re-entry programs, wood work and metal work.

Referrals

Referrals can be obtained from the Drug-ARM office in Armadale, another Drug and Alcohol agency, Mental Health agencies, GPs, Welfare agencies, private counsellors, etc. A phone referral is acceptable if the referring agent is known to us, otherwise a written referral may be necessary.

Criteria for admission

That you have detoxified prior to the assessment. You are ready and motivated to participate in all aspects of the program. You are able to stay substance-free during the duration of the program. Urinalysis is clear of all illicit and licit drugs* (unless prescribed by a medical doctor and approved by the Coordinator)*
