The Palmerston Farm is a residential rehabilitation facility set in Perth's southern suburbs for men and women with drug or alcohol use problems. It involves:
- active involvement in the therapeutic community
- self-management and social skills training
- horticulture and nursery work, and other vocational training
- counselling and group therapy
- sport and recreational activities
- art and craft activities
