The South Metro Community Drug Service is an integrated alcohol and other drugs service, developed through a partnership between Palmerston and Next Step.
Both have been offering services in the southern corridor for many years.
Palmerston will continue to provide counselling and support for individuals and their families.
Next Step will continue to provide medical and psychological services.
Additional services, including a home-based withdrawal program provided by the Drug and Alcohol Withdrawal Network (DAWN) will be available at most facilities.
